Account

  • How do I create a PhiClothing account?

    To create an account on the Phiclothing website, simply click on the 'Account' icon in the top right corner of the website and fill in the requested information.
    When creating a Phiclothing account, your data will be automatically saved for your future purchases and you will have access to exclusive campaigns for Phiclothing customers. In your account you can also manage your orders and returns, manage the invoices for your orders, and add or remove addresses so that you can receive your orders wherever it is most convenient!
  • How can I delete my customer account?

    First of all, we would like you to share with us something that you have not liked in our communication, products or even campaigns. In this way, we can improve the products and services we provide.
    To delete your account, please contact us at info@phiclothing.com .
    Remember that your account is free and with it you can quickly buy Phiclothing products, without having to enter your details every time you place an order.

  • To what extent is my personal information protected?

    Phiclothing takes data protection very seriously, so we guarantee that your personal information is protected and will only be shared with other entities that keep your data safe. To learn more about this subject, consult our Privacy Policy.
  • How can I check the history of my orders?

    To consult the history of all your orders, simply access your account via the “My Account” icon, enter your email, then your password and click where it says “Login”.
    Now that you have logged into your account, you can consult all the orders you have already placed on  www.phiclothing.com, access your personal data and, if necessary, change information on the delivery or billing address.
    Here you can also see all the status of purchases made with Phiclothing and even initiate the return of one of your orders.
  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    To recover your password, please access the login (icon in the upper right corner), click on the option "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click "submit". You will receive an email with a link and instructions for updating your password.
  • Where can I find my invoice?

    Your invoice is available in your online customer account. If you didn't register, you should have received an email with a link to access the invoice. If you find that the link has not been sent or you need help accessing the invoice, please contact us at info@phiclothing.com.

Orders

  • How to make a purchase?

    The Phiclothing website was developed so that you can easily and quickly find and buy the products you are looking for.
    To buy at Phiclothing, just:

    1. Browse the online store or search the bar at the top right for the product you are looking for;
    2. Add the product or several products to the cart;
    3. Enter the shopping cart;
    4. Log in or register — if you are already logged in, you will be redirected to the purchase page. If you prefer, you can make a purchase without registration. We would love for you to become our client, but we know that you may not be ready for that yet. That's why we are happy for you to make a purchase, even if you don't register;
    5. Enter your address and choose the shipping method;
    6. Select the payment method that is most convenient for you;
    7. Confirm and finalize the purchase.

    You will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that the products are reserved for you. Once we have shipped, you will receive another email with detailed information, including the carrier's tracking code. Just wait for your order to arrive!

  • How can I be sure that my purchase has been completed?

    You will receive an order confirmation email, in the email with which you registered or to which you associated your order (in case you made a purchase without registration).
    When your order is shipped, you will receive a new email with the carrier's tracking code. With this code you will be able to track the shipment and receipt of your order, from our warehouse to the address you provided us for delivery of the order.
  • Is it possible to change the delivery or billing address of an order?

    If the product has not yet been sent by us, please contact us by email at info@phiclothing.com so that we can make the change internally.

  • My order is late. What should I do?

    If you still have not received your order after 8 working days after making the payment, contact us at info@phiclothing.com and we will be happy to confirm where the order is.
  • I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

    If you have not yet received the order and payment confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, try contacting your bank and confirm with them that the payment has gone out of your account. If this is confirmed, contact us and send us proof of payment. We will do our best to get your order to you!
  • The product I'm looking for is out of stock. Can I get a notification when it becomes available again?

    If the product you are looking for is no longer available online, most likely it has suffered a stock outage. However, we can carry out stock replacements, so in the near future it may be available.
    To be notified when the product will be available, just ask for a stock notification to your email, on the page of the product you want to buy. This feature is only active for registered customers.
  • How can I receive information from Phiclothing via email?

    To receive our newsletters, simply enter your email address in the field at the bottom of the homepage.
    By registering in the online store and authorizing communication via email, you will also receive our newsletters, campaigns and promotions.
  • What is the Law of Free Resolution?

    In accordance with Decree-Law n.º 24/2014 of February 14, 2014, Right of Free Resolution, you have fourteen days to cancel the order you placed with us without penalty. Phiclothing allows you to make a return within 30 days of receiving your order. As long as the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund via bank transfer.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive and what are the shipping costs?

    Phiclothing can only ship orders after obtaining confirmation of receipt of payment.

    We ship orders to an address of your choice, except PO Boxes. At the end of the purchase, the Phiclothing online store allows you to choose a delivery location for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the billing address. This feature allows you to send a certain order to a different address than usual, for example, to your place of work.

    Deliveries in Portugal and Spain are operated by CTT. In other countries by DHL Express (shipment by plane).

    Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Someone must be at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or marking options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and out of stock.
    Taxes and fees for countries outside the European Union

    Taxes and customs fees are not included in the final price of our products. If you make a purchase in a non-EU country, please bear in mind that your order will go through customs and may be detained. In these situations, the end customer is responsible for claiming his order with the local customs authority and assuming all costs associated with customs clearance.
    Phiclothing is not responsible for possible costs related to customs fees.

Payment methods

  • How do Credit Card payments work?

    To pay with a Credit Card, just go to Phiclothing.com, select the item(s) you want to buy, complete with your information about the delivery and billing address, proceed to checkout, selecting the payment method Credit card.
    Next, a window will open to fill in your card details. The Phiclothing online store will not store your credit card details. We will only receive a payment confirmation from your bank.
    Phiclothing has the right to refuse an order whose transaction is considered to be illegal. Any and all activities considered to be illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.
  • How do payments with MB WAY work?

    To pay with MB WAY, just go to Phiclothing.com, select the item(s) you want to buy, complete with your information about the delivery and billing address, proceed to checkout, selecting the MB payment method WAY. Then enter your mobile phone number associated with MB WAY and finally confirm the notifications in the app.

    When selecting this method, you have up to 4 minutes to complete the payment. As soon as you do, the order will be shipped. Payment communication is done automatically, so don't worry; it is not necessary to send proof. After this time limit, the purchase order expires, in these cases it will be necessary to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.

    MB WAY purchases only work in Portugal.
  • How do payments with Multibanco reference work?

    If you are in Portugal, you can choose to pay for your order through Entidade and Multibanco Reference.

    When selecting this method, you have up to 2 days (48H) to finalize the payment. As soon as you do, the order will be shipped. Payment communication is done automatically, so don't worry; it is not necessary to send proof. After this time limit, the purchase order expires, in these cases it will be necessary to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.

    Attention: products ordered using this payment method are not reserved in the cart.
  • How do PayPal payments work?

    To pay with PayPal, just go to Phiclothing.com, select the item(s) you want to buy, complete with your information about the delivery and billing address, proceed to checkout by selecting the PayPal payment method.
    Next, a window will open to enter your PayPal account data.
    Phiclothing will never have access to your private information. We only receive a payment confirmation, in the online store system, from your PayPal account.
  • Is it safe to shop at Phiclothing?

    Yes, the Phiclothing website assumes a commitment of responsibility to you, protecting your personal data based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP.
    On the other hand, we do not store your credit card or PayPal account data. In this way, we only have access to information made available by the payment method you used, with or without confirmation of payment.
  • I am having difficulties with the payment. What should I do?

    If you are unable to make your payment, you should check your card details, the mobile phone you are entering or the PayPal account you are using. If you have already confirmed that everything is correct, but you are unable to proceed with the payment, please contact us via email at www.phiclothing.com.

Returns

  • How can I return/exchange a product I bought at Phiclothing?

    You have 30 days to return a product.

    However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused, with the tag and in the undamaged original box. You must make the return to the following address:

    Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

    To make a return request, you must:
    Login to your account;
    Go to the “My Orders” section;
    Select the respective order;
    Click Return and follow the steps indicated.

    If you have placed an order as a guest, the exchange or return must be made through the address info@phiclothing.com. When the return is received, we carry out the quality control and send the new product.
    Phiclothing reserves the right to refuse returns in which the communication has been made after the established period, in which the articles are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased or have been acquired free of charge through competitions carried out by the Phiclothing brand.
  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    When the return is received, we carry out the quality control and refund the money using the same payment method used in the purchase, except in the case of purchases by Multibanco Reference, in which the refund will be made by bank transfer.

    The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of return of the item(s), by bank transfer (excluding shipping costs). Please always provide us with your IBAN details and SWIFT code.

    Phiclothing reserves the right to refuse returns in which the communication has been made after the established period, in which the articles are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased or have been acquired free of charge through competitions carried out by the Phiclothing brand.

Promotional Codes

  • How do promotional codes work?

    Promotional codes are usually sent via email following a campaign or purchase that you have made and cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns in effect. They are valid for one use only and applied at checkout.
  • I forgot to use my promotional code. What should I do?

    If you did not enter the promotional code at the time of payment, unfortunately, we will not be able to apply it to this order. However, you can use it on a next order.
  • How to apply a promotional code?

    Promotional codes are assigned to customers through promotional campaigns, giveaways or specific actions with digital influencers. If you have received a code it is because you are a very important person to us and we would love for you to use it to try or buy our products again.
    To use the code, just enter it in the "promotional code" field, which you can find in step 1 of the shopping cart. You can also use the code on the last page of the shopping cart. Just click on "use a code" and enter your promo code there. You must use the code exactly as you received it: letters and numbers and other special characters. If the code is not valid, the online store will show you an error message. Just try again if you are sure the code is active.

  • Which campaigns are active?

    In the “Outlet” tab, we offer items from old collections, with a reduction of up to 50% compared to the original sale price. This promotion will be valid until December 31, 2023, on phiclothing.com, limited to existing stock.
    This promotion may be temporarily changed.
    This promotion cannot be accumulated with other promotions in force and is subject to existing stock, Phiclothing reserves the right to suspend or cancel the campaign at any time and without prior notice if circumstances so require.
